A pool can be a great asset to your home, but it can also be a drain on your wallet of it isn’t working properly or is unsafe.

A pool inspection includes:

• Access-how is access controlled to the pool area.
• Safety fencing – the fence system will be inspected for design, Structure, maintenance, safety…
• Gates- are they self closing, does it latch properly, Security.
• Ladders/stairs- are all hand rails in-place?
• Coping-the coping is an integral part of the pools structure. It helps keep ground water out of the pool and helps retain the liner
• Patio and or deck areas- are there any trip hazards? Cracked concrete, deck structure. maintenance issues
• Liner- The pool liner it is exposed to all sorts of extreme weather liner replacement can costly. We check for patches, tears, wear, and worn areas.  
• Pump- The pump is very important to the operation of the pools filtration system. We check operation of the pump, including leaks, electrical issues and installation.
• Filter- is the filter system serviceable. From the strainer to the filter tank we check for proper operation.
• Visible Plumbing- checks the plumbing system for leaks, cracks, or degradation from the environment.
• Visible Electric- Look over all the wiring looking for GFIC operation, safety issues and proper installation
